[IBL] PHI Trade Flyer

[Russell Peltz]

Looking to move Wilson Ramos, Hunter Renfroe, Tanner Roark, and Jake
Arrieta by the deadline tomorrow.

Other players can be dealt too but those are the ones I am motivated to
move...best offer gets them even if it's cheap!  Mostly looking for picks
but would consider young players or prospects.
