[IBL] TEX Forsythe available

Now that the Round Rock Gryphons are officially out of playoff
contention, I'd like to offer TEX Forsythe. 68/152/125 vs lefties and
80/159/122 against righties, he can get on base at a decent clip.
Plus, he plays all four infield positions (not particularly well, but
still, positional flexibility!). Baserunning rating of 1 means...
well, he's not a 0 or negative!

He's injured until week 24, but is playoff eligible.

Looking for a draft pick.
