[IBL] SEA Santana available, relatively cheap

I paid way too much for him, very good offense card, can stand in LF and
RF, but don't ask him to make a range play.  Cleveland outfielders must of
been really bad as he actually started in LF and spent time in RF.

His card:  90/160/172 Vg v L  109/159/186 Av v R.  Can also steal with a 8
stealing, 0 jump.

Cleveland has sent him down, he had a great first half in 2019, injured
second half and has not got it going in 2020.  He's still the good side of
30 (28), and teams will take a chance on him based on his 2017 year (30 hr,
.875 ops).

As the ABBA song says ... take a chance ...
