[IBL] Cards and Opening Day

Please download and check the cards carefully and let Sean and me know
right away if you think there are any errors or omissions.  Sean has a few
more updates to make to the cards and charts, but we hope to declare the
cards final by the end of the week, so let us know of any potential issues
right away.  Please don't print cards until we declare them final.

Please send in your 25-man active roster if you haven't already, and your
week 1 rotation.
Remember that any player on your roster who was uncarded last year (UC19)
and has a card this year must be active until week 8 (see Constitution
section 3.1.2 for more details).

If all goes well and the cards are declared final by the end of the week,
IBL Opening Day will be Wednesday, March 25 (although you can cheat and
play earlier if you want) and week 1 results will be due Monday, March 30.
We will push it back a week if the cards are delayed.
