That play is there in order to have a trigger for cheating suspensions when they happen in MLB. It may only be applicable in certain years but it’s going to be necessary in the future unless you assume nobody will ever get busted. Regardless, at this point you could only replace it with something that has the same outcomes (e.g. a suspension or no effect), otherwise it would be necessary to recalculate the aggregate and regenerate the cards.
I hope to have the updated charts done by the end of the week. It is likely there will also be a minor cosmetic update to the park cards.
