[IBL] Stadium Draft

I am planning to run the stadium draft this Sunday, March 15, at 6:00pm
Pacific Time (9:00 Eastern) on IRC.

Currently, the following parks are unowned:
CIN Great American Ballpark
CLE Progressive Field
MIN Target Field
NYA Yankee Stadium
TOR Rogers Centre
WAS Nationals Park

Of course, if another team in the draft switches parks, then their previous
park would become available.

Please let me know if you plan to enter the stadium draft.  You are not
required to change parks if you enter -- you can pass your turn at any time.

You may also enter the draft by sending me a list of which stadium(s) you
want in order of preference and I will handle it for you.  I'm keeping my
park so I'm not participating in the draft myself.
