[IBL] IBL: More thoughts on a 2020 campaign

In regard to rules changes, can we PLEASE not put in the new extra innings
rule with the runner on second base? I think it would require a new version
of GRS for starters, but most of all, it’s really campy and bush league.
Hopefully it’s just a one year change.
