[IBL] What if.....no 2020?

I'd lean toward redraft or random rosters - managing the Orioles would be a
waste of time, right, Doug? Mostly I'd be in favor of pro-rating numbers
to play a full season though.
If it was a previous season, would it be the players we started with that
year, or the ones we ended with?
