[IBL] Trade Deadline / Draft

Just a reminder, the trade deadline is tonight at midnight Pacific Time.

Draft picks may still be made one-by-one until the first Friday in
February, which is next Friday, February 7.  At that point the remaining
draft order for all rounds will be sent out, and we will send instructions
for submitting draft lists.  The first list will be due Monday, February 10.

If anyone would like to volunteer to be the Draft Administrator, please let
me know.  I can administer the draft if nobody else is able to.
