[IBL] KAT offices closing until Feb 7th

I'm headed to Belgium for the next 2 weeks and will have limited
availability, so the offices will be closed.

Since I have a pick coming up soon I have asked Brent to submit my pick
based on a list of players I will provided to him and he has kindly
agreed.  (Thanks Brent)
