[IBL] EDG is now EVE

Hello IBL,

The franchise formerly known as the Edgemoor Cannons has packed their
bags, changed their name, and relocated to the Pacific Northwest. They
are now the Everett Grays (EVE) playing just north of Seattle. When
rolling for weather, they will use the Pacific Northwest charts.
Thankfully it doesn't rain all that much here in the summer.

The Grays in their name give a nod to the Homestead Grays, the local
weather, Captain Robert Gray (an American explorer known for his
exploration of the Columbia River and much of the Pacific Northwest
who was the first American to circumnavigate the world and after which
the local Grays Harbor is named), and the hairs on my chin (though, if
we are being honest lean more towards white than gray).

I will undoubtedly misspell the team as the Greys. I apologize in
advance for this. Our abbreviation is now EVE, which conveniently does
not change our location in the alphabetical ordering of teams.

Here's to a happy and healthy 2020 IBL season.
