[IBL] IBL Post draft stuff

Hi all,
The final draft picks for rounds 10+ will be processed tomorrow.  Thank you
Joel for running the draft this year.

This weekend, Sean and I will be updating the IBL website and Almanac for
the new season.
If any teams want to change their city and/or nickname, please let Sean and
me know right away.

You may start sending in trades and drops/pickup requests on March 1.  They
will be processed after the first transaction deadline which will be
Tuesday night, March 10.  Before week 4, free agent priority is based on
the previous year's standings.

We will hold a stadium draft soon.  If anyone would like to volunteer to
run the stadium draft, please let me know.  These stadiums are currently
unowned:  CIN, CLE, MIN, NYA, TOR, WAS
