[IBL] Playoff Rosters

Hi all,
I forgot to send a reminder about sending in playoff rosters.

We haven't really held a firm deadline for sending them in since we added
the rules about choosing your roster before each playoff series.  But if
you are in contention, please try to send in your 25-man playoff roster by
next week.
