[IBL] Taking offers on Strasburg

I thought I’d test the waters on Strasburg. We’ve got a bunch of really
good SP for next year but Stras is the only one with a good card this year
as well so wanted to see if a contender was interested.

I’m looking for star 3B and 1B.

I’ll have more SP to discuss in the offseason so feel free to inquire for
offseason deals too.
