[IBL] IBL at the Quarter Mark

Thanks for this Doug, a tremendously enjoyable read as always. And MAD I
feel you. See Cole, Gerrit (4.90 ERA) and Marquez, German (5.68 ERA).

One quick note on OXY, formerly PAD ("The House that Nelson Built").
Nelson left the franchise in really strong condition, and PAD was move-in
ready,. If I had kept Choo, Happ, Hand, and Strop; drafted with an eye
toward production this year; and perhaps traded a 2020 pick or two to fill
gaps, OXY would have been just fine (well, maybe not given rollbot's
treatment of starting staff!). I decided I'd rather just play to make the
team my own and punt the season. The return to IBL has been a blast.

I even like Free Agent Bingo. :)

Thanks again Doug for the awesome writing, and congrats on BAL's strong
start!!!
