I've noticed that while the PDFs have even margins when viewed on the  
computer when I print the margin on the right seems to end up narrower.   
I've created a set of PDFs with a smaller left margin, when I print test  
pages from these the cards seem to be centered better.  I've uploaded these  
PDFs (pre-pended with "print", e.g. print-batters2019.pdf) if you want to  
compare the output on your own printer.
