[IBL] KAT opening weeks

Work will have me on the road 4 out of 5 weeks starting April 1, so I will
most likely need some help to start the season as 2 of our facilities are
moving to New locations.  That being said, if someone would be willing to
help get the season rolling for KAT once it starts it would be greatly
appreciated.  I have an updated MIS already in Dropbox and should be back
available by the middle of May.
