[IBL] Stadium Draft Update (1 hour time change)

I have added the teams that have said they want in (still time).  Also the draft will be 1 hour later.  

Please email me by 8 AM (Eastern) on March 19th if you want to enter.  I plan holding the draft March 21 at 9 PM Eastern on IRC.  On March 19th afternoon I will send out official list of all teams entering the draft.
