[IBL] NJR in need of a starting pitcher

Building a rotation full of guys with DL (or is it IL?) days has come back
to bite me and most of my rotation is now injured for multiple weeks.

I'm looking to flip a pick for a #2/#3-type starter who can help NJR
continue its 108-win pace. Biggest requirement is durability. Future value
unimportant, I only care about this year's card. Hoping to make a trade by
Tuesday's deadline.
