[IBL] MAD needs manager weeks 13 and 14

I am going on a Northern European cruise from July 11th until July 23rd and will have almost no internet access during that time. I would appreciate a kind soul playing my home games in week 13 and 14, along with updating my MIS with results.

Week 13: LAD at MAD, MAD at MCM
Week 14: BOW at MAD, MAD at NJR
