[IBL] Congrats to CAN on winning the NC

CAN officially vanquished SEA to win the NC title 4 games to 2.

I'm sure Joel will have more details, but the most notable fact out of the
series is that CAN held SEA scoreless until the 7th inning....OF GAME
FOUR!  Yes CAN started the series with 33 straight scoreless innings before
SEA managed to wake up and score.  SEA went on to win games 4 and 5, and
had the tying run on 2nd base with nobody out in b9 but couldn't get him
home as CAN took the decisive game 6 by a score of 4-3.

Congrats again Joel.
