[IBL] NJR Trade Flyer

With no picks for a little while, we're looking to add a piece or two prior
to the end of the month. We have a couple assets available:

CLE Encarnacion - With LAA Ohtani, we now have essentially two DHs on the
team, so Encarnacion is available. He's basically a Three True Outcomes
hitter now with a ton of walks and HRs, but little else. Good option for a
team looking for a couple years of good power production. Encarnacion can
play 46 starts at 1B next year and I do have a plan to get him and Ohtani
at-bats, so he isn't a must trade player.

WAS Difo - Took a step back offensively, but he wasn't bad against RHP (704
OPS) and can play 2B full-time. Good cheap option for a team with a big
hole at 2B.

2020 draft picks - We're pretty strapped with 2019 picks, but are willing
to discuss 2020 picks.

What we need:
A RH-hitting 1B or RF who can play a platoon/part-tine role
Bullpen help
