[IBL] IBL: CAN RP available

CAN has one too many RP after the draft and the one probably to go is OAK Rodney.
He has an interesting reverse platoon split (572 OPS vLH) and, more to the point, he is cheap. He can be had for a 6ish-7ish.
And, at his young age you can probably get another decade out of him. Kidding about that, but he is a cheap one year card...
