[IBL] wild play rules help

All, from my post on irc:

I rolled a 'men on base' 235, sg 6, batter possibly pulls muscle trying to
beat throw, but there was a guy on first; so on a sg 6, with a 1 runner,
it's "fc 6-4 1ob1" - so then do I assume the batter possibly gets hurt
trying to beat the double play (even though the dp isn't a possible result
on the play)?  Or is it the runner going to 2nd that's possibly hurt?
