In this case, assuming that Glasnow passed the DTD roll prior to game 2,  
you would not need to report anything because the "injury" did not force  
him out of game 1 and he did not miss game 2.  The only time it is  
necessary to report a 0 day is if this situation occurred during the final  
game of the series.  In that case you report a day 4 injury of 0 length so  
that the reporting system will list the player as DTD for the following  
series.
