There's a lot of information in this newsletter, so please read all of it.

All results and boxscores are in now. Congratulations to our division winners
and Wild Card winners!

AC East: Tri-State Traffic (99-63), top seed
AC Central: Williamstown Thunder (96-66), 2nd seed
AC West: Portland Raptors (83-79), 3rd seed
AC WC #1: Philadelphia Phantasm (92-70)
AC WC #2: L.A. Devils of Palo Alto (91-71)

NC East: San Diego Quakes (94-68), 3rd seed
NC Central: Canberra Redbacks (96-66), 2nd seed
NC West: Seattle Rainiers (111-51), top seed
NC WC #1: Edgemoor Cannons (105-57)
NC WC #2: Oaksterdam Bombers (84-78)

The NC is the home team for this year's IBL Championship Series, so the NC
will use Playoff Schedule A. The AC will use Playoff Schedule B.

Edgemoor hosts Oaksterdam for the NC Wild Card Series.
Philadelphia hosts the L.A. Devils for the AC Wild Card Series.

After the Wild Card round, the top seeds Tri-State and Seattle get to
choose their opponent for the Division Series, choosing either the Wild
Card winner or the 3rd seed in their conference.

Please try to complete the Wild Card round as soon as possible, preferably
by Monday, December 3rd. We need to stay within the schedule outlined in
the Constitution (2 weeks for Wild Card, 3 weeks for each subsequent series.)

CUTS/USAGE APPEALS
------------------
The deadline for cutting players will be Monday, December 10.

Please send in the players you would like to release. Players who did not make
usage will be automatically released. If you have any players you would like to
keep who were under 75% or over 133% and you think you should be allowed to keep
them, send me your usage appeal with your argument. If your player is over 75%
with injury credit, you do not need to appeal.

After releases have been completed and rosters have been updated, I will send out
my annual spreadsheet of draft-eligible players with stats.

STADIUM DRAFT
-------------
The Stadium Draft will be scheduled at some point during the off-season, so think
about whether you would like to participate.

Unowned stadiums are currently:
CLE Progressive Field, PHI Citizens Bank Park, PIT PNC Park,
TEX Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, TOR Rogers Centre, WAS Nationals Park
