[IBL] IBL: C available

CAN has mostly set its roster and still has one spare catcher.  Although I'll discuss any of them, the most likely to go is CHN Rivera.
He has a decent card, with Ex/Vg power and a -1 arm. He's playoff eligible vBoth.  

I'm asking a decent #4 for him or an SP of equivalent value. (That is, either a not-terrible card this year or some potential value later.)
