[IBL] pre-season administrative stuff

Welcome aboard Kris and Mathew!!!

Damn...PAD and SFP.  They got some GOOD teams!  Well, not so much Kris and
PAD but Mathew got a good SFP squad.  I actually recognize some of those
players (again, not so much with PAD....too many former Crabs on that
roster :) ).

I remember when I came aboard with that LAW team?  Now THAT was a bad
team.  I mean, it's only "star" was the shelled out husk of Jack Cust and
some Webb guy who never EVER pitched again in the majors.

Welcome you two.  Great to have some new blood in the league
