[IBL] pre-season administrative stuff

I'm planning to run the park draft this Saturday at 6:00pm Pacific time.
Please let me know ahead of time if you want to participate in the draft.If you can't make it at that time, feel free to send me instructions and I will draft for you.

I'll send an update later in the week with a list of teams and potentially available stadiums.

 1) We have two new associates:  Kris Hayward <krishayward6 at icloud.com> will  
be playing PAD, Matthew Kenlan <makenlan at gmail.com> will be playing SFP.  
Assuming everything goes smoothly they will become full members and owners

2) Owners wishing to change their team location and/or nickname should get  
in touch with me ASAP.  I'm going to be working with Chris over the next  
couple of days to get the website converted for the 2018 season and I want  
to take care of name changes at the same time.

3) Owners wishing to switch to a new park should let the Commissioner know  
that they will be participating in the park draft.

4) Now that preliminary cards are available everyone should start working  
on their Management Instruction Sheets.  Every team is required to have  
their MIS saved in the shared Dropbox folder by the start of the season.

5) Once the 2018 schedule is available on the website teams should submit  
their opening day 25 man active roster to transactions at ibl.org and their  
week 1 opponents.  Don't forget that players listed as UC17 must remain on  
your active roster until week 8.


FYI, 2018 park cards are available for download.  You can use these with  
last year's charts to play exhibition games.
