[IBL] IBL: Something has to change

My 2 cents since I appear to be an "offender" - I have never felt pressured to pick and I don't think I should be pressured, because that's what the Constitution says for one. If I didn't feel ready to pick I wouldn't until I did.

Draft preparation has to happen before picking. Real life happens, etc.

For the record the carded players spreadsheet available email was sent on December 18.

This is the same debate every year. If someone wants the picks on a schedule, vote for Round 1 to be part of the pick-by-pick lists in February.

I am basically working 3 16-hour days in the next 4 days and if I wasn't comfortable picking I'd be waiting beyond that until I was. And I'm supposed to play playoff games this week as well. Real life in the way.
