[IBL] NJR looking for a SP

NJR is looking to upgrade the middle of its rotation and trade for #3 or #4
type of starter to fill in behind Samardzija and Paxton. We'd prefer to
deal picks, but have a surplus of infielders and cheap, young starting
pitching available as well. Let me know if you have a fit.
