[IBL] Division Series

With the Philadelphia Phantasm and Edgemoor Cannons winning their Wild Card
series, we are ready to advance to the Division Series round.

The AC top seed Tri-State Traffic may now choose to play either
Philadelphia or the #3 seeded division winner, the Portland Raptors.  The
#2 seed Williamstown Thunder will play the team Tri-State does not choose.

The NC top seed Seattle Rainiers may choose to play either Edgemoor or the
#3 seeded division winner, the San Diego Quakes.  The #2 seed Canberra
Redbacks will play the team Seattle does not select.

The Division Series results will be due in three weeks -- Monday, December
24 (Christmas Eve!), although it would be greatly appreciated if they could
be done sooner.  Please don't wait too long because holiday events will
interfere like they always do.
