[IBL] league dues

This is another reminder that several teams have still not paid for this  
season.  If you're intending for money paid last season to be applied to  
this season please let me know so I can update the spreadsheet:

The easiest way to pay is to use PayPal and send to sweda at ibl.org.  If you  
use a credit card make sure to include additional funds to cover the fees  
(2.9% + 0.30, basically 50 cents on $5).  If you prefer to send a check let  
me know and I'll get you the mailing address.
