[IBL] Draft Lottery!

Hi all,

I've volunteered to oversee the draft lottery again this year.  With the
playoff teams all having clinched even with results still due (which I
didn't realize or I would have scheduled this last week), we can schedule
the lottery.  I'm sorry for the short notice, but in order to start the
pick by pick on December 1st, we have to get the lottery done.

Date - Thursday, November 30th
Time - 9:00 pm eastern time U.S.
Where - The "Draft Lottery" room on irc
Rolling - You are rolling for a *HIGH* number this year.  I'll pretend DJ
LeMahieu is hitting into yet another pitcher card double play when I do my
roll.

Any "practice" rolls can be done in the main IBL room - no practice rolls
in the draft lottery room please.  I will roll for any teams whose owners
can't be there to roll.

Tiers:

0 tier:  KAT, BOW, MAD, SDQ, NYK, EDG
1 tier:  NJR, PAD, POR, BAL, SKY, SCS, CAN, GTY
2 tier:  TRI, WMS, PHI, MCM, SNH, SEA, MNM, SFP
3 tier:  COU, ODM

Very important - check your designation above and make sure you are in the
correct tier!  If not, please notify me.  In fact, if anyone wants to
volunteer to just double-check real quick, please "reply all".
