[IBL] BAL now an MIS team and is up for sale

IBL,

For the foreseeable future, BAL is going to be an MIS team.  Call it what
you like, but the losing, carving out time to accommodate peoples
schedules, the late nights, it's just not any fun anymore.  I'll supply my
opponent with an MIS each week for the foreseeable future.

The annual BAL firesale is on hold for the time being while I actively
search for a new owner for the team.  I know that there are many of you
relieved at this.  I thank you for your patience while I go through this
process of scaring up a new owner.  I'll get with the IBL hierarchy to see
if there are any associates ready.  So please don't ask what I want for
Arrieta or Cole (or any of the others who will most certainly be on the
block).  I'm not going to deal with that right now.
