couple changes to note:

1) SP pitching in relief on short rest (3 days) use the lower value of BF  
RP or BF SP with -8 penalty.  Examples:

TB RamirezE. (BF fat: 16/10) used as RP on short rest, fatigue would be 8  
BF (SP 16 - 8)
DET Greene (BF fat: 20/7) used as RP on short rest, fatigue would be 7 BF  
(RP 7)


2) fatigued pitcher who is already "Prone" becomes "Prone*"



if somebody could verify the park cards vs the charts (page 8) I'd  
appreciate it
