[IBL] Shortstops for sale

[Russell Peltz]

PHI still has too many full time shortstops...BAL Hardy, DET Iglesias, and
WAS Espinosa.
All are good fielders (Hardy 9/E+, Iglesias 9/E, Espinosa 5/F+) and OK
hitters.

I'm leaning toward moving Espinosa and/or Iglesias but will listen to any
offers.
