[IBL] Ghosts move East and morph (+ SNH opening day lineup)

In the dead of the night moving vans silently, like a wraith, floated east from Wyoming, a dark shadow haunting the nation's highways. This apparition finally settled in the northeast to demonize a tiny town, and hopefully the AC. 

CSG has become the Southern New Hampshire Spectre (SNH). We had to let go of that legendary franchise, but its spirit lives on. You AC East teams keep your woolies packed from your April trips to Minneapolis (but no snow-outs, we're keeping the dome).
