[IBL] important pre-season administrative stuff

The cards are basically done except for injury ratings, which I'm about  
half-way through.  I hope to get everything finished by tomorrow.   
Afterward I'm going to be shifting focus to updating the charts and getting  
the website prepped for the new season.

A few reminders:

1) If you are planning to change your team name/location now is the time to  
do that, please get in touch with me if you haven't already.


2) If there are clarifications needed on the charts please let me know so I  
can get them updated.  Also, I'm looking for someone to volunteer to go  
through and update the game play instructions on the Wiki.


3) Once the cards are posted you should get started on your MIS.  Teams are  
required to have a generic MIS uploaded to the IBL Shared Folder on Dropbox  
by the start of the season.


4) Teams are also required to send out their initial 25-man active roster  
prior to the start of the season.  Please review legal roster requirements  
and remember that any player designated UC16 must be on your active roster  
until week 8.


5) I've also been working on stamping out the few remaining issues that can  
cause GRS to crash.  I'd appreciate it if you could download the latest  
beta version (3.2) and let me know if you see any problems or can cause it  
to blow up. The new official location for downloads is on Github:

I'll send out an announcement when there's a final release of the new  
version.

I've also recently added the ability to log in to the Wiki using  
google/facebook credentials.  If you are unable to log in this way it's  
most likely due to an email address mis-match, let me know and we can get  
it fixed.
