[IBL] potential ibl.org service interruption

Tomorrow (Sat 3/4) I plan to switch to a new internet service provider.   
I've spent most of my free time this week prepping for the move so  
hopefully things will go smoothly.  I just wanted to give everyone notice  
that there may be brief periods of time where the website and/or IRC are  
unreachable.  If you're unable to connect for an extended period of time  
you should contact me via my alternate email address: <seansweda at me.com>  
(if ibl.org is offline I won't be receiving email either).
