[IBL] RP available

I have some good RP cards available.  I'd like to do a package of OAK Smith
and another RP (or two).  I'm looking for future value, whether that be a
prospect(s), pick(s), or a position of need - SP, RF, maybe CF or C.

Available are:

*TB Cedeno* (lefty) - 82/116/96 lefties, 95/122/117 righties, no DF's, ~
140 K's each side, no extra base hits vL, and a Vg hold

*PIT Watson* (lefty) - 64/93/126 lefties, 62/99/146 righties, can go 12 BF
before a day's rest, 100+ K's each side, and lots of HG (130+ each side),
Vg hold, DF ranges a a little high, but would be great in a big park

*OAK Smith* (righty) - 29/147/39 lefties, 30/91/57 righties, 18 DF vR are
the only hits on his card, 150 K's vL, 200 K's vR, and can go multiple days
in a row if needed, I made an error and he is not playoff eligible, but I
haven't used him so he still has 146 BF until 150% - that's ~ 40 great
innings to use over the last 2/3 of the season, which could be
difference-making in a division race

*TEX Jeffress* (righty) - mediocre vs. lefties, 98/124/110 righties, no
DF's, low (~20) BB's each side, and 100 HG vL, 180+ vR, good range (D), and
a VG hold, can go several days in a row
