[IBL] MAD #1 available

I am thinking this will not be MAD's year due to gaping holes at catcher and the bullpen so I am willing to move MAD#1 in the right deal. I would want a first rounder next year and something else that a team looking to contend in 2018 would find interesting. I already know who I will pick with 1-16 if I am unable to make a deal.

Let me know if you think you have a realistic offer.
