[IBL] picks 9-10-17

I'm emailing now so as not to hold up the draft too long when my picks come
up, since the draft will hopefully be moving quicker (and how could it not,
really) come 2018.

I am *potentially* willing to move down from any of my picks - 1-9, 1-10,
and 1-17, and possibly from more than one of them.  I'm open to ideas as
far as what that would involve.  I'll consider extra picks, picks next
year, or my main need positions are SP, C, RF, and LF.  I will also
consider dealing maybe one of the picks outright for players/picks, but
that would require a great offer of pick(s) and/or player(s).

Everyone except PIT Cole that was in my trade flier is still available also
- I received some interest in a few guys (Peacock, Goodwin, etc.), but no
solid offers on anyone except LAN Jansen.  I'm as yet undecided on that
one, so if you have interest, jump in with an offer.
