[IBL] Potentially moving EDG#1

I am sending this out via my work E-mail, I'll be able to respond in a more timely manner.  I am contemplating trading down from second overall.  I have a very short list of who I would like to take, and I may still use my pick.  If I do make a move here, I have the following requests:

*         I would like to stay in the top half of the first round.

*         I would need a solid SP that I could slip into my rotation

*         If you have an SP to offer (but not solid), we could talk prospects

As mentioned, I still may just make my pick.  But the right offer could sway me.  Thanks!
