[IBL] free ticket and hotdogs

With the miserable start by the hilltoppers the owner is refunding all season ticket holders and given a free hotdog to any fan that desides to watch this team lose.  in to home games SKY has given up 40 runs.  lost 7 of 9 and has not won a road game yet.  We appologize to the teams we are playing for the easy wins and wish everyone a good season as ours is over.
