determine playoff teams.

PLAYOFF RACE
------------
Chicago has won the AC East division. Philadelphia and Williamstown
meet in a week 27 matchup that will decide the AC Central.
The AC West and second Wild Card spot are still very much up for grabs.

Gettysburg has clinched the NC West, with Seattle and Oaksterdam
claiming the NC Wild Card spots.  Sante Fe is close to nailing down
the NC Central.
