AC Central tie would be broken by a tiebreaker since both teams are guaranteed a spot in the playoffs.
WMS would hold the tiebreaker over PHI due to head-to-head record.


as for the AC West, the 4-way tie possible at 88 wins:

MCM 2-1 vs both POR/BAL (4-2 week)
MAD 1-2 vs both POR/BAL (2-4 week)
POR 1-2 vs MCM, 2-1 vs MAD (3-3 week)
BAL 1-2 vs MCM, 2-1 vs MAD (3-3 week)

MCM would hold the tiebreaker due to best division record (30-24)

if TRI has 89+ wins:  MAD/POR/BAL/MCM playoff for division title (TRI WC)
if TRI has 88  wins:  MCM wins division via tiebreaker, MAD/POR/BAL/TRI playoff for WC
if TRI has 87- wins:  MCM wins division via tiebreaker, MAD/POR/BAL playoff for WC


and the 3-way ties:

BAL/POR/MAD with 89 wins (BAL 4-2, POR 4-2, MAD 3-3, MCM 1-5)
MAD would hold the tiebreaker via head-to-head between the three teams (net +4 wins)

BAL/MAD/MCM with 89 wins (BAL 4-2, MAD 3-3, MCM 5-1, POR 0-6)
MCM would hold the tiebreaker via head-to-head between the three teams (net +4 wins)

POR/MAD/MCM with 89 wins (POR 4-2, MAD 3-3, MCM 5-1, BAL 0-6)
MCM would hold the tiebreaker via head-to-head between the three teams (net +2 wins)

if TRI has 90+ wins:  3 tied teams playoff for division title (TRI WC)
if TRI has 89  wins:  tiebreaker holder wins division, remaining 2 teams + TRI playoff for WC
if TRI has 88- wins:  tiebreaker holder wins division, remaining 2 teams playoff for WC
