[IBL] Playoff odds - mistakes were made

There is some...weirdness going on with the predictions. Sean pointed out that when I
add up the results we should be getting:

300% prediction for division winners
200% prediction for wild cards

Instead, somehow, in my code I am taking away outcomes from the AC and giving them to
the NC. I'm currently debugging it and have no idea why it's doing it.

Fix coming later today (I hope)
