[IBL] KAT looking to open trade talks

With only a few days before trading can begin, I thought I would throw a
quick flyer out there to open discussions.

*What we have* - Picks... and lots of them.  We have 3-1st, 3-2nd, 1-3rd
and 4-4th round picks.  We've had some preliminary talks with a few teams,
but most everything is on the table (picks 1-4 & 1-5 are highly unlikely to
trade)

*What we need* -

CF - Looking for a good every day starter.
2B - Good defense who can hit LHP
