[IBL] Draft Lottery Round 1 Results

The draft lottery results are in!  Owners of 10 teams met on a chilly
evening in Duluth, MN to determine their 2017 IBL Free Agent Draft fates.
Rollbot did her best to screw over as many owners as possible, but there
were some anomalies on a night that she didn't have Doug and the Sand Crabs
to torment.  A ghostly chant of "wait until next  year, Doug" could be
heard emanating from the walls of lower level conference room C at the
Duluth Holiday Inn Express.  Some think it was really former Sand Crab Drew
Butera playing a creepy joke, but those of us that were there...<shudder>.
